Before you ask for a quote

If your question isn’t here, ask the consultant. They reply on WhatsApp, every day, 9am to 11pm.

Are the prices on the website final?

No. The price shown is an estimate for a direct return flight per person, calculated from recent market searches. The final price, with the hotel, is the one in the quote the consultant sends you.

How long does a quote take?

Usually a few minutes, within opening hours (every day, 9am to 11pm). Outside those hours, the reply comes first thing the next day.

What does the quote include?

The return flight in economy, the hotel for the nights you choose and a consultant’s support from first contact until you’re home. Luggage depends on the fare: we give you the price of each option before you confirm.

What luggage can I take?

On the airlines that fly these routes, the basic fare includes a small bag that fits under the seat. A larger cabin bag and hold luggage are paid separately, and the consultant tells you what each one costs.

Can I choose a different hotel?

Yes. The hotels we recommend are chosen for guest ratings, location and price, but we’ll quote whichever hotel you prefer.

How do I pay?

The consultant sets out the payment options in the quote. Once you confirm, you receive the tickets, the hotel booking and the invoice by email.

What if the flight is changed or cancelled?

We let you know and work through the alternatives with you, in line with the airline’s rules and your passenger rights.

Do you also arrange family or group trips?
