Who processes your data

What data we collect
- In the quote request: your name, the route, the dates, the number of travellers and any preferences you write. This request goes to WhatsApp on your phone and only reaches us when you send it.
- On WhatsApp: your number and the messages exchanged with the consultant.
- To issue tickets and bookings: the passengers’ full names, contact details and, where the airline requires it, identity document details.
What we use it for
To prepare the quote, issue the tickets, book the hotel, invoice and support your trip until you’re home. We do not sell data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only with the airlines and hotels in your booking, and with the bodies we are legally required to report to (for example, for tax purposes).
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after [period to be defined]. Booking data is kept for the legal invoicing periods.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contacto@traveltastic.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).
Price estimates and cookies
To show the flight estimate, the website queries a market price service using only the route and dates, with no personal data. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page and the cookie notice will be updated first.
